By accessing, browsing, registering an account, purchasing a product, or utilizing any services provided by Denovo Technologies ("Denovo", "we", "our", or "us") via denovo.services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an enterprise, company, or other legal entity, you affirm that you possess full authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and all associated services.
2. Platform Ecosystem & Services
Denovo provides an integrated digital infrastructure platform consisting of:
- Proprietary Shopify OS 2.0 Themes: High-performance e-commerce themes crafted for speed, custom sections, and conversion optimization.
- Domain Reseller & Management: ICANN-accredited domain registration, Anycast DNS provisioning, and WHOIS privacy management.
- Custom Web & Application Development: Tailored frontend and backend software development, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure deployment.
- Cyber Security & Anti-Tamper Guard: Real-time domain verification, anti-tamper security enforcement, and license monitoring.
3. Shopify Theme Licensing & Usage Rights
All Shopify themes distributed by Denovo are protected by international copyright laws and digital rights management mechanisms.

- License Keys & Activation: Your purchased theme includes a cryptographically verified license key issued via your Denovo User Dashboard. Modifying, circumventing, or spoofing the licensing verification scripts is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, decompile, or upload Denovo theme files to public repositories or peer-to-peer file sharing networks.
- Staging & Development: You may install the theme on a development / staging environment (`myshopify.com` password-protected preview) strictly for testing purposes prior to going live.
4. Domain Registration, Renewal & WHOIS Privacy
When registering custom domains via Denovo Reseller APIs:
- Registrant Rights: You are designated as the administrative and technical owner of your registered domain name subject to ICANN policies and relevant TLD registry registries.
- Lifetime WHOIS Privacy: Denovo includes free privacy protection with all eligible TLDs to shield your personal phone, address, and email from public WHOIS databases.
- Renewal Responsibilities: Domains are registered for 1-year or multi-year terms. It is your responsibility to maintain valid payment methods on file before the expiration date to avoid registry grace-period suspension or deletion.
- Propagation & DNS: Denovo delivers global Anycast DNS propagation within minutes; however, external third-party caching resolvers may take up to 24–48 hours to fully synchronize.
5. Account Responsibilities & Security
To manage domains, view theme license keys, or monitor cloud projects, you must register a Denovo Partner Account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, verified credentials (Email address and billing contact).
- Maintain the confidentiality of your session cookies, authentication tokens, and passwords.
- Immediately notify Denovo Support at denovoservices.official@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or domains.
6. Billing, Currency & Taxes
All prices listed across our platform are denominated in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Direct Checkout: Orders placed through the secure checkout interface are billed immediately upon confirmation.
- Registry Fees: Domain purchases include transparent wholesale base rates plus standard ICANN regulatory fees ($0.18 per eligible domain year).
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal without contacting our support desk will result in immediate suspension of license keys and DNS hosting.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the intangible, instant digital delivery nature of our products and services:
- Shopify Themes & Software: Because theme packages include complete downloadable Liquid source code and instant license activation, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience technical defects, our engineering team provides full priority support to rectify the issue.
- Domain Names: Under registry protocols and ICANN policies, domain name registrations are submitted immediately to global registries and cannot be reversed or refunded once created.
- Custom Development Milestones: Custom software engineering contracts are governed by written milestone acceptance agreements agreed upon prior to project kickoff.
8. Cyber Security & Anti-Tamper Enforcement
Denovo implements continuous telemetry and automated integrity monitoring ("Anti-Tamper") across licensed themes and API endpoints.
If unauthorized domain usage, pirated redistribution, or malicious activity is detected originating from your store or server, Denovo reserves the right to revoke active cryptographic theme licenses and restrict platform access without liability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Denovo and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Third-party platform outages (including Shopify platform downtime, Stripe payment disruptions, or upstream registry maintenance).
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or store data.
- Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or commercial opportunities.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws applicable to our principal place of business.
In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of these Terms, the parties agree to seek informal resolution through our official support desk before seeking formal arbitration or legal remedy.
